New colourful Las Vegas statement necklace

Have you ever been to Las Vegas? I haven’t, but it associates to me with one big casino, glitz and gamble

So when we created this new necklace that’s exactly the name that popped into my head. Allow me to introduce our new Las Vegas necklace.

The new piece is made with a thinner silk braid in a beautiful shade of blue. It is embellished with a row of clear crystals and deconstructed jewels. All jewels are dipped in gold, smaller crystals are hand-painted in blue and orange, and the bigger stones are covered in hand-dyed silk.

New Barcelona dip-dyed necklace

We have a new addition to our Barcelona family – dip-dyed Barcelona in chartreuse and nude silk braid.

Barcelona has always been our bestseller. It is made with green Bohemian style crystal necklace and braided with various colour silks, green being dominant. And here is the new one:

This version of Barcelona is made with a dip-dyed chartreuse and nude silk braid. The colours are very subtle and dipped in gold version is my personal preference.  I always thought that gold brings a certain softness to the pieces. Here’s what it looks like in gold:

And as with all our Bohemian style necklaces, this one is also available as a collar – without the drops.

Oslo necklace: light and easy to wear

Hope you are having a lovely and relaxing Sunday! I am working as usually, but I love what I do, so my work doesn’t feel like work at all

Today I wanted to post about our Oslo necklaces. They are our “smaller” pieces. When I say smaller, I mean they are less bulky and made in a way, so that you could layer them with other jewellery, however they are certainly no less of a statement piece! On the contrary, they are pretty popular among our customers for that same reason.

We created them in a variety of colours, you can see some of them here. Not all of them made it onto our website as these were all custom made orders, however this might give some colour ideas if you like to one of these made.

New colourful Hamptons necklace

We have a new piece in our collection, and it’s a beauty! When I saw the rhinestones I knew it’ll be something fabulous. But as it always happens…the final piece that my brother made exceeded all expectations. I am in love with it…

We decided to name it Hamptons, after a place where globetrotters and fashionable socialites of New York and other parts of the world love spending their summer. For me the new necklace associates with a big glamorous outdoor party, somewhere by the pool, worn by someone in a floaty silk dress and gorgeous heels.

The necklace is braided wit chartreuse, cream and orange silks and the crystals are hand-painted in beautiful shades of green and orange.

And that’s what the necklace looks like when it’s on.

Jolita Jewellery in Via Condotti

We are very excited to have been featured in the recent issue of Italian magazine Via Condotti.  The article, called Globetrotter , explores various capitals of the world and suggests places to visit, stay, shop, eat etc.

Our St. Tropez necklace was featured as a jewellery to shop for in Doha, Beautiful Things Boutique.

New beautiful Lisbon statement necklace

Hope you are having a good day! We’ve been busy working on loads of orders and creating some new pieces whenever there’s a free moment.

Therefore I am very proud to introduce a new addition to our luxury line – Lisbon necklace.

The necklace is made with a blue silk braid, mixing in a touch of terracotta.

Just a quick side note: all the colours that you see in our pieces are achieved during a laborious process of mixing and experimenting with a number of various pigments. Hence the paint that we use to dye silk and to paint the crystals is all unique to our brand, as it’s all hand-mixed and created by my brother in his London studio.

Now back to the necklace The silk braid is stitched to a gold-plated chain from one side and a beautiful gold-plated crystal collar from the other. It takes an enormous amount of hours and patience to do this specific job. First the chain is stitched to the braid, then the silk is weaved through the links of the chain to add a silk finish to this side of the necklace. Once that is completed it’s time to get the rhinestones stitched to the braid. It’s a very laborious task, requiring a great attention to detail and a lot of patience.

To add a finishing touch the necklace is embellished with a clear and yellow rhinestones boutonniere, dipped in 18k yellow gold. And that’s what it looks like when on:

New colourful St.Tropez statement necklace

So back to the necklace……here it is in all its full glory:

All crystals are hand-painted in beautiful colours and silk braid is made with vivid turquoise mixing in a touch of orange and various shades of pink.

St.Tropez has always been one of my favourite necklaces and very popular among our customers. We had them in various colours and currently completely sold-out of our crimson and mustard braid versions, but until those are back in stock – you can still pre-order them on our website or alternatively get a different one made in the choice of your colours. New glamorous statement skull earrings

Not so long ago I introduced a new addition to our collection – Disco Skull Earrings.

When my brother made the very first pair I took an instant liking to them. We are both big fans of skulls (don’t ask, don’t know why, that’s just the way it is) and paired with glamorous crystals for me it was just a match made in heaven. Something glamorous, yet with an edge.

These particular earrings were so popular that we sold out very quickly, hence at the moment we are out of stock. However fear not! Until they are back in stock we have a new pair of glamorous skull earrings.

The new pair is made with clear crystals, with a dash of neon at the centre, and embellished with brass skulls, dipped in gold. The crystals also are dipped in gold for a beautiful rich finish.

I also took a side shot of these earrings to show how thin the skulls are. Not the best shot, but gives an idea.

New colourful hand-painted cuff

Hope everyone is having a lovely weekend. And if you are in the UK like us, we get to enjoy our Bank Holidays!! The weather is set to be great as well, so that’s fantastic news.

It was a great sunny week, the trees finally put their spring attire and have loads of green leaves, others are blossoming very pretty… and we have a looooot of flowers in our studio as well, which bloomed just in time:)

Today I would like to introduce to you our flower cuff, hand-painted in beautiful soft shades. It’s very easy to wear, it opens up and closes at the front, although you won’t be able to see where exactly, as it is all cleverly hidden with flowers:)

The weather in London has been so beautiful this week that my brother was inspired to make something very summery and colourful. Please meet our new bright Prague necklace.
