Friday Fashion Inspiration

Happy Friday!

I hope the sun is shining bright wherever you are. We’ve been enjoying a truly beautiful weather in London this week and it almost feels like summer. I say almost, because there is still that chilly spring’s breeze, but in the sun it’s pure summer.

Hence today’s inspiration – a gorgeous image from a summery editorial for Vogue Paris May 2013 – Edita Vilkeviciute by Gilles Bensimon.

Enjoy and have a beautiful day!

New colourful statement earrings

Happy Thursday!

I hope you are all enjoying a great week. We’ve been working on some new pieces at the studio so today I’d like to introduce to you a new pair of colourful statement earrings.

Luxury statement earrings by Jolita Jewellery, hand-made using couture technique. Created with neon beads, crystals and hand-painted silk.

The earrings are hand-made with an array of neon beads and colourful crystals. The centre stone is covered in a beautiful hand-painted silk and a scale cabochon.

These are very difficult to photograph and the images don’t do them a good justice. So all I can say is that they look much nicer in “real life”.  Here’s one more picture of the side view and my attempt to take a picture to see what the earrings look like when on.

These colourful statement earrings remind me of the treasures from the bottom of the sea, hence their name!

Created to  make a beautiful bold statement and available for purchase on our website. Hope you like them?

Have a beautiful day!

Monday crystal layers

Good morning and happy Monday!

I hope you all had a good rest over the weekend and ready for the new week?

I’m fighting the Monday blues with layers and layers of sparkly crystals. Nothing makes the blues go away like the colourful jewels and since it’s very sunny today, beware! Sunglasses needed in the presence of our jewels!

Have a beautiful day ahead,

Happy Saturday and welcome to the weekend!

Hope you all have something lovely and relaxing planned for today. We are working on some new statement jewels which I will be sharing with you very soon.

One of them – our new crystal statement necklace, was sparkling so much in the sunshine I had no choice but to capture it in the video :)

Friday Fashion Inspiration: I’ll Be At The Beach

Happy Friday!

Hope you all are enjoying a good week. On Wednesday we had a rather hot day with temperatures rising to +25C! It’s got a bit cooler now, down to +14C, nevertheless still sunny and beautiful.

As it’s Friday, it’s time for an inspirational fashion editorial and today I chose an extremely colourful one – I’ll Be At The Beach by amazing photographer Giampaolo Sgura for Vogue Japan May 2013.

Enjoy and have a fab day!

Ragged Rococo shoot with Jolita Jewellery – part 1

Happy Sunday! Hope you are all enjoying your weekend.

Today I wanted to share some images from a gorgeous shoot, titled RAGGED ROCOCO. However it’s not a traditional photoshoot, because this was a fashion shoot experience by Miss Aniela – an amazing photographer who gathers together a number of photographers. They all take pictures of the same models and afterwards edit in their own signature style. I can say with confidence not only Miss Aniela’s photography is incredible, but also these experience shoots are, as they take an awful lot of preparation, which includes an amazing team of hair and make up artists as well as stylist, designer clothes and incredible locations.

I have quite a lot of pictures available and all of them are incredibly beautiful, so brace yourself as I share them :)
