Spring/Summer 2014 Colour trends

Happy Wednesday! Tomorrow New York kick starts the beginning of fashion weeks around the world where designers will be presenting their collections for the Fall/Winter 2014. But as fashion week is two seasons ahead (considering we are still in winter), do you remember what colours are fashionable for the upcoming Spring/Summer 2014?

If you want to refresh your memory, below are some pictures I have created based on the colour trend report by CSI, trying to match with some pieces from our collections.

First let’s start with warm tones, which span from gold and canary yellow to various  tones of red.

Next up – Cool Tone colour palette, ranging from lime and beautiful emerald green through to shades of blue.

For those who love embracing neutral hues, delicious honey and cocoa browns as well as grey and ivory shades are to be sported.

We don’t have too many brown shades in our pieces, but some of our necklaces from the selection below can definitely fall into the category of neutral tones. And since we work on a lot of custom-made orders there’s no reason why we couldn’t create some of the pieces in the shades above, so if you have such desires, please get in touch.

And if you still can’t get enough of pastels – then you are in for a treat! Take your pick from refreshing sorbet to sumptuous peach, lavender and others.

Here are a few choices from our collections in the soft tones palette:

I have to say that I love a little bit of everything and would make my choices depending on the mood. How about you? Do you have any favourites?
