Yesterday I shared some snaps from my holidays in Mykonos, mainly from the hotel we stayed in.
Today I’d like to share the pictures I took in Mykonos town. The hotel where we stayed was about 20 min drive and as the weather forecast for Sunday was cloudy – we chose to visit Mykonos.
After a little drive along wiggly roads, scattered with white houses and their colourful features, once we passed a certain turn – the white town emerged through the cab windows and I couldn’t contain my excitement.
We didn’t have a chance to stop and take pictures so I started snapping through the car windows, which were tinted, hence the colour of the image above.
Once we reached the square, my mouth opened in awe and my iPhone camera was set into motion.
This beautiful white town and its white streets where sprinkled with colour. Vibrant doors, window shutters and flowers created an absolutely incredible sight.
We wondered towards the famous Mykonos mills.
And back to colourful streets, where we had the most delicious seafood risotto for lunch and then a cup of coffee later in the afternoon. I took loads of pictures of gorgeous vibrant doors (see my little collage) and blooming trees 🙂
Coming back to London is a shock to the system, particularly seeing how grey it is here. But I love London and I look forward for my next adventure!
